Coconut blossom sugar

Description

Our coconut blossom sugar comes from the Cocos Nucifera flower. This sugar is the result of harvesting the sap from the coconut blossoms. The sugar is filtered, boiled, and beaten in until it thickens and turns from a liquid state to a crystalline state.
