Our palm oil is extracted from the flesh of the Elaeis guineensis L fruit. Crude palm oil is yellow-red in color, after deodorization, it obtains its final color which is yellow-white. This palm oil is non-hydrogenated. During physical deodorization, the color and odor of crude fat is reduced. Low volatility and liposoluble substances, part of the unsaponifiable matter and free fatty acids are also determined.
